No Return or Exchange
All purchases made through wheelvaults.com are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and processed.
Please make sure to review your order details, product specifications, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
All the damaged and incorrect items will get shipped and delivered in 6 to 8days
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during delivery, or
- Incorrect compared to the item you ordered,
please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly provide:
- Your Order Number
- Photos or videos of the product
- Photos of the package (if applicable)
After reviewing your request, we will determine the appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.
Refunds
Since all sales are final, refunds are generally not available.
Refunds will only be considered if:
- The ordered product cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to Wheel Vaults.
- A duplicate payment has been successfully charged.

Approved refunds and credited will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
